Most of the time, if you say Puerto Rico, odds are you think Bad Bunny and maybe beachfront hotels way before you think fly fishing! But this Caribbean island sits right on the tarpon migration route, and it’s packed with canals and mangroves where they love to hang out! Same goes for the snook, which are also king size and just waiting for your flies! It’s a tropical destination people don’t always think of, because Puerto Rico looks less sexy on paper than some of the other islands you could go fish. But dude… watch this film and we’re pretty sure you’ll want to book a trip! Our favorite part was the guy who lands a tarpon the size of a small cow on a #9 line…
