We’ve all heard about them, we all know someone who knows someone who heard about a guy whose cousin’s friend caught the famous Atlas trout… but this short film sheds some light on these elusive creatures!
As we mentioned in a previous article on trout in Asia Minor, Tad Murdock travels around the world and catalogs all the trout he catches with a fly rod. What an undertaking! He has compiled everything in a book. “Journey for the World’s Trout” which is exciting because it gives us the opportunity to dream of distant fishing trips and, for some of us, we hope, to plan fishing trips to destinations that we thought were of no interest for fly fishing!

So here we are in the Moroccan Atlas Mountains, whether in the Draa Valley or the lakes, the trout are there, but you have to go and find them! We hope that some of you will go and send us some great photos (or even better, a story!!) In the meantime… enjoy the film and sweet dreams!
