Time to dream a little… the complete series from Loop: Wild Fish/Wild Places — or how to go on an adventure while sinking into the couch!
Loop has always been a benchmark for big fish tackle. It all started with our friend Christer Sjöberg, who launched the brand in Sweden in the 1980s — together with engineer Danielson, they created revolutionary reels. Then came the rods, designed mostly for the kind of fish you find in Scandinavia, which is to say… feisty ones. In the 2000s, Christer turned his attention to travel and began investing in fishing lodges, such as Las Buitreras in Argentina, before eventually selling the brand to a Canadian company — which then changed hands again… But the “spirit” of Loop has remained the same, and they have always had talented anglers in their “team”, such as Emilie Björkman — and here she is, ready to take you fishing for incredible fish in jaw-dropping landscapes!
