Winter is here, and so are the holidays. There’s plenty to keep you busy: go skiing at the resort and wait twenty minutes before you can take the ski lifts, enjoy time with the kids, tie flies while waiting for the season to open, or just lounge around in front of the TV. And for that, we’ve found something to keep you busy for quite a while, you lucky bunch!
That’s right, our friends at Hooké are treating us to a feast of their old films, which they’ve been posting online. It’s a real festival. We don’t know where to look first. There’s something for everyone: fishing, hunting, trapping. They take us to Canada, of course, but also to Chile and Argentina. In these videos, we find everything we love about them: road trips with THE famous Hooké van, encounters with local people and guides, crazy images and wide open spaces that take us far away from home. Add to that the perfect accent and you’re all set for those long evenings. We’ll leave you to choose whichever you like best. Personally, I have a slight preference for the one in Chile.
