Slovenia checks every box. Sure, there&#8217;ll always be some guys telling you &#8220;it was better back in the day&#8221; or &#8220;that&#8217;s bathtub fishing,&#8221; but the truth is: if you&#8217;re a beginner, you&#8217;re going to get hooked, and if you&#8217;re an old hand, you&#8217;re going to have a blast like a kid again! Bottom line \u2014 come fall, there aren&#8217;t many destinations this fun to fish, and Slovenia, the Balkans in general, plus Spain and Italy, are all on that short list.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>And besides, even with gas costing almost as much as beer, these are what we call &#8220;just a tank away&#8221; destinations!
