Three days is more than enough time for a little fun with friends. Of course, you don&#8217;t have to go to the other end of the country. There&#8217;s nothing like spreading out around your own backyard. <\/h2>\n<p>That&#8217;s what Pat Ryan and Mickey Finn did. They are fishing guides in New South Wales in the Tumut region, not far from Kosciuszko National Park. Let&#8217;s face it, where they&#8217;re going is going to be the stuff of dreams. A three-day trip on foot with a rucksack, in this sumptuous setting, bivouacking in the middle of nowhere but with the river nearby, in search of brown and rainbow trout. But the latter have to be earned, and they&#8217;ll have to rack their brains a bit to get one out.
