For the past decades, the Fishing federation had made a lot of efforts so we could have a better fishing, more NO KILL beats, raising the size of the fish you can keep as well as \u00a0diminishing the amount of fish you could keep. And it has been a great help for the rivers, but it is not enough! The size of the fish that can be taken out of the river has to be bigger, so the Guides Company of Loz\u00e8re is asking every fisherman to write to Madame la Pr\u00e9f\u00e8te (Prefect) to listen to the voice of the fishermen instead of the Fishing and Turism federations who mainly want people to be happy catching and keeping as many fish as they can even if those fish are small. Mais, \u00e0 notre grand regret, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de P\u00eache a mis son v\u00e9to et propose une \u00e9volution \u00e0 minima.<\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"section\"><em>La balle est maintenant dans le camp des services de l\u2019\u00e9tat qui vont pr\u00e9parer la version finale de l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectoral. Mais avant cela, ils sont tenus par la loi d\u2019organiser une consultation publique d\u2019une dur\u00e9e d e 21 jours, durant lesquels tous les citoyens p\u00eacheurs peuvent exprimer leur avis.<\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><em>Le projet de r\u00e8glementation 2018 vient d\u2019\u00eatre mis en ligne le lundi 13 novembre 2017. Nous avons eu la satisfaction de constater dans un 1 er temps que l\u2019essentiel des pro positions de la vall\u00e9e du Lot avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 retenues par les services de l\u2019Etat en opposition aux propositions de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de P\u00eache de Loz\u00e8re, mais pas ou peu d\u2019\u00e9volution s pour la vall\u00e9e du Tarn .. . Puis \u00e9tonnamment au bout de 5 jours sur les 21pr\u00e9vus, le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 et remplac\u00e9 par une autre version \u00e9dulcor\u00e9e. Nous nous demandons ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 et si une telle d\u00e9marche est conforme \u00e0 la loi qui r\u00e9gi les consultations publique en mati\u00e8re d\u2019environnement ???<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"section\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Face a cette situation, la Compagn ie des Guides de P\u00eache de Loz\u00e8re a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de sortir de son droit de r\u00e9serve et de prendre publiquement position en envoyant un document de synth\u00e8se avec l\u2019ensemble de nos propositions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9volutions r\u00e8glementaires afin de contribuer \u00e0 cette consul tation publique.<\/em><\/div>\n<div class=\"section\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Par ailleurs, nous appelons tous nos stagiaires &#8211; p\u00eacheurs \u00e0 nous soutenir en participant individuellement \u00e0 cette consultation .
