What I like (love) about fly fishing for Tarpon is that it doesn’t require too much thinking and even if you’ll only get 2out 10 fish to the boat, it’s less frustrating than Permit. I’m a country boy, and the first time I caught a Tarpon on a fly I had the same exact feeling as when I caught a calf with a rope!
