As a kid I used to get out from the house early in the morning, rush to the river with my rod and go down as far as I could so I could skip church, which for me was a waste of time, because the morning hatch was exactly at the same time as the mass! I loved those sundays, I could start to head home when I could hear the bells, telling me church was over and an hour later, I would walk in the kitchen proudly showing my trout which would make my mother forgive me for not attending church!
