{"id":73678,"date":"2015-09-24T05:29:57","date_gmt":"2015-09-24T03:29:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.lemouching.com\/old\/2015\/09\/cafe-bras-soulages-museum-knife\/"},"modified":"2015-09-24T05:29:57","modified_gmt":"2015-09-24T03:29:57","slug":"cafe-bras-soulages-museum-knife","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lemouching.com\/en\/2015\/09\/cafe-bras-soulages-museum-knife\/","title":{"rendered":"Caf\u00e9 Bras \/ Soulages Museum knife"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When you are in\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tourisme-aveyron.com\/index_en.php\" target=\"_blank\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\">Aveyron<\/a><\/strong>, it&#8217;s such a great place there are many things that you have to visit, and there are many things Aveyronnais people, or as we call ourselves the rouergats, are proud of and waht we love we want to share with others, starting with the amazing landscapes of our country (we can call Aveyron a country), and with it comes the\u00a0food: tripous, far\u00e7ous, aligot, beef from Aubrac, lmabes of Le causse, truites of river\u00a0Viaur (catch and release, please, go to the fishmonger)\u00a0and the cheese, Laguiole, Roquefort, Perail, and I&#8217;m not counting them all, and let&#8217;s not forget our desserts, &#8220;gateau \u00e0 la broche&#8221;, fouace, stawberries from Saint Geniez, Cherries from le Tarn&#8230;it goes on and on. You got it, we are proud of our land, but it&#8217;s tough, freezing cold in winter, darn hot in summer.\u00a0There is one thing that summs all of that, it could be Pierre Soulages Art, that&#8217;s why we have this fantastic museum dedicated only to his art, in Rodez, and for the best, bring the best!
