\u00a0Pike flies can be as mad looking as we want to make them..and they will still catch fish!\u00a0I use mainly natural materials, my favourites are bucktail,marabou,finn raccoon and a few feathers like the grizzly hackles and schlappens.\u00a0The most used synthetic is the funky fiber, very versatile and comes in many colors.\u00a0We don’t always need to “match the hatch” for pike, and its a good thing for a creative fly dresser.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
